The Ultimate Last Minute Christmas Gift Guide

image1 (2)

Unless you’re a crazy Christmas cracker you should have got your presents sorted by now but if you’re lacking a few extra gifts or stocking fillers but dread the thought of hitting the high street, why not open your laptop and buy these stress free last minute digital gifts?

Shopping is so much easier from the comfort of your own home; especially if you’re sat in your pjs and munching on mince pies at the same time. All these presents can be sorted in a matter of minutes and even save on that ruddy 5p bag charge. Bonus. Simply select what will make your friends and family happy, click buy, then either send them an email, add a message on the gift card or tell them to keep an eye out for the postman. Simples.

Give the gift of reading. I would highly recommend this new series of novels called The Lonely Hearts Travel Club by a certain debut author Katy Colins, you may have heard of her….

Otherwise, apart from my own shameless plug, you can order gift cards to be spent on novels of their choice. Amazon and ITunes have cards that can be emailed and downloaded within seconds. Alternatively, Audible have emailable gift cards allowing them to listen to their fave novels which is perfect for those with a long commute.

Give the gift that keeps on giving. We all have way too much stuff and a lot of the presents we receive only add to the clutter so why not make a donation to a charity in the name of your loved ones so you all feel smug, help those less fortunate and don’t have to stress over exactly where you’re going to put it in your pad.

Music makes the world go round or something like that. ITunes vouchers can be emailed instantly or on a specific date which allows them to download their fave albums, songs or even books meaning you can’t possibly mess up. At the moment Spotify have an offer on meaning you can get three months of uninterrupted music for just 99 pence. A bargain for music lovers.

There are hundreds of obscure magazines out there catering for a niche market meaning you can give them a subscription to something perfectly suited to them. From fishing to fitness and bowling to baking having a new read drop through your door every month or week is a small treat you may not have ordered for yourself.

There has been a real boom in getting anything and everything delivered to your front door. Some of my faves include getting bacon through your letterbox (genius); foodie packages with everything you need to make a great Indian curry and for those on a health kick in the New Year why not sort them out with snack sized portions of guilt free nibbles from Graze?

Everyone loves to be pampered so why not get a beauty box delivered to their door which is crammed full of the latest products in the beauty and hair world. Glossy Box and Feel Unique have monthly boxes which are a fun way to discover new brands and old favourites for those who like to be preened to perfection.

Happy (online) shopping!
